FMO Building Operations & Maintenance provides day‑to‑day operations support and technical maintenance for Harvard’s interior building systems. Call the University Operations Center at (617) 495-5560 for urgent facility issues requiring an immediate response, such as power outages, active leaks/flooding, or any condition that poses a health or safety risk.

Routine Service Request

Facility managers may submit routine service requests through the FMO Customer Hub, including MEP maintenance, elevator service, fire system shutdown, and locksmith services.

Student Residence Halls

Maintenance needs in student residence halls are coordinated locally by the building manager. Please contact your building manager directly for further assistance.
